Instruction of Water treatment System: 

Due to the major facilities of the whole line are requested to be cooling by water. Water-cooling system is the basic guarantee for normally operation of medium-frequency source and furnace. Consequently, it’s crucial to inspect water-cooling system strictly. Ordinarily water-cooling system could be damaged it’s water pump or water-pump motor, water leakage caused by water pump damage could lead to lack of water, cooling water hose pipe break, etc.

Two types of water cooling: system

1.Closed water chiller cooling system.

The whole system composed by Closed water chiller, pump units, expansion water tank and matched transducer and meter work for inspecting water temperature and pressure.

 The high power furnace, it’s body and source applied two isolated Closed water chiller cooling system which in order to prevent the influence from the two system. Due to cooling water of power supply have to manage it’s temperature under 55°C, while water’s temperature inside inductor coil of body could higher than that in the source, equipments of lower power furnace, furnace body, source could apply a unit Closed water chiller system.  

 In order to inspect these problems, we installed pressure sensor in inlet water and outlet water, and installed temperature sensor on each water-cooling facility. Cooling water applied pure water or soft water (by customer), during the winter when the temperature is below 0°,antifreeze is requested to guarantee the cooling water not freeze when furnace stopped.

2. Another system is low investment, but with requirements that customersshould construct cooling pool by themselves and using open tower to cooling the equipmentsof power supply and furnace body.
