In 2011, Juntong develops induction furnace system the capacity is 70T/30000KW, which running for Fujian Sanshan steel group.

All medium frequency induction melting equipments of company adopt DSP chip full digital control, currently one machine output power can reach 5000 KW, when the making up unit power more than 30,000 KW, the unit with advantages are power saving, quick heating and quick melting. When any unit breaks down, the other unit still emergency running which avoid accident of furnace material solidification. This function is more important for big-capacity melting equipments.                

The billets continuous casting & rolling is the important project of energy saving and cost reducing, which gets more attention in the steel making field currently.
